I can't have an oil change, tune-up, interaction with customer service, interaction with a bank, or even a retail transaction without getting multiple follow-up texts/emails asking me to take a survey about my recent transaction.

I have now adopted a "no survey" policy, and I delete them all. In some instances, it would take longer to complete the survey than the initial transaction. I'm starting to look for retail establishments that won't give me homework.
