Top 5 offseasons imo
1. Clippers (got PG, Kawhi, didn't lose Trez, Lou, or PBev)
2. Pelicans (They won the draft — Zion, NAW, and Hayes all look solid), won the AD trade — Pelicans got a lot for a guy with only one year left on his contract, and they got Reddick and Favors in Free Agency)
3. Nets (lost a lot of their core but got Kyrie and KD added to a solid core of Lavert, Dinwiddie and Allen).
4. Jazz (added Conley and Bojan to competent 50 win team and brought in Green and Davis to shore up the loss of Favors and Crowder)
5. Oklahoma City (turned a first-round exit team stuck in luxury-tax hell into a wealth of assets)

I give the Jazz an A+ for offseason moves. They addressed every gap. They added shooters, a true PG, filled the Favors
