one guy purposefully hard-fouled the other. He was injured on the play, knew the guy was trying to hurt him and so he sued. But, the court ruled you can't sue people for making contact in a contact sport, even if "intentional" since the rules proscribe intentional contact. I think the lower court had ruled against since the contact was "unintentional".
