With this weekend's upcoming baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, I was reading this article about one of my favorite player's from my favorite team. So tragic what happened and is so sad the dark path's he found himself in dealing with old injuries and his mental health. It's one thing to have the talent and drive it takes to be a professional athlete and quite another to have the personality or desire to deal with fame and all that comes with it. Hopefully by sharing his story others can realize that it's ok to get help and to help others know what matters most is the love family can feel for them, not what the outside perceives you to be.
