Ed Davis fits on any team. Boogie? Not so much. In fact nobody wanted him. You don't think the Lakers would take Ed Davis? Of course they would. Do you think the Jazz would take Boogie? No chance.
Another example: In the playoffs, the Warriors were 17.2 points better per 100 possessions with Boogie on the bench than they were with him playing. The Warriors were also better during the regular season with Boogie on the bench.
Did Boogie help the Pelicans? No sir he did not. Their best run was with him injured.
This is why nobody would pay him. He brings very little value to any team on the court and disrupts any team off it. There is a reason he had to go to an all-time Warriors team to finally play in the playoffs in his 9th year in the league. Then when he got there he flopped like Phil Mickelson in his prime.
