costs too. It's nice for a few other reasons as well. They actually hold the mortgage, so my mortgage info is listed on my bank account page. I can see my outstanding balance, escrow balance, percentage down for PMI purposes. It's pretty nifty. So be sure to check out some conventional banks as well and not just mortgage companies.
