Was he one of the best players of all-time? Yes. He was that before juicing.

Do we know who else was juicing? No.

Ultimately whether he gets in the baseball Hall of Fame or not won't change a thing to his legacy. He will forever be known as a cheater who accomplished miraculous things cheating.
