... new version of a video I've been working on for a while. It's a 45 second video, and each previous export has taken about 45 minutes each time.

With the new RAM installed, the computer is using 23.8/31.9 GB of RAM, 65% of the CPU, and still only less than 5% of the GPU (I don't know how to take advantage of the nice GPU I have).

It's been exporting for 4 minutes and it's 40% done exporting. So I'm gonna assume that the RAM upgrade was beneficial.
