Yes probably frozen. The fasted fix is to run the fan but NOT have the AC on. You can
turn the fan to run mode but turn the AC 10 degrees hotter than it is in the house.
The fan blowing room temperature air onto the coils should have them completely unfrozen in about 20 min.
Then adjust the ac temp back down and see if you have air flow coming through the vents.
