My Dad used to travel to Europe a lot for business and he started to refer to...
our house as "Yorktown Arms" (we were on a street called Yorktown). Later we had several really awesome mandarin orange trees (3-4) that produced the very best oranges I have ever tasted (so much flavor, both sweet and sour). He would often give them away with with homemade labels that read "Yorktown Groves," so eventually it morphed into that even though it was just a normal very small lot in Southern California.

My 2 acre backyard is all forested, but my 1 acre front yard is mostly just fruit trees and large blueberry bushes between the grass with two really tall longleaf pine trees in the very front by the mailbox. When we lived in Costa Rica for 6 months back in 2009 there was this dairy brand called Dos Pinos, so from that I got the idea to occasionally refer to my house as "Dos Pinos."
