I would be impressed if the ACC Coastal wasn’t arguably the 2nd weakest
division in college football right now after the PAC 12 South. When that division was created it was done so with the notion that Miami and Virginia Tech were powerhouses and one of the two would play Florida State in the ACC championship game. Times have changed. Miami and Virginia Tech are both down, but no one has truly risen up to take their place. Oh, and Virginia still hasn’t won its rivalry game. Some things apparently don’t change.
