I go to frys and Albertsons, Costco and night see a random cart or two

But nothing major, even then they’re never in such a disarray that it affects me one bit. The more annoying thing would be to have to carry coins around with me and not have the right one for the slot. I rarely have any cash on my person and try to limit having to carry coins especially around with me or loose in the car.

When we do our own shopping, we take in reusable bags. When we do delivery or pick up, we get the plastic bags
