Here in CA, our local Rubio's was heading downhill fast, then a sign appeared on
the door that until further notice they would be closing at 6pm. My guess is they're having a hard time finding employees willing to work for what they're offering.
Apparently our Rubio's got it figured out and is open again, although I haven't been back I've heard it's better than it was. Seems like a systemwide struggle for some reason.
