It is very bland... but an easy place to live,
Sure downtown is boring and it’s suburbs everywhere but it makes for a great standard of living. Housing isn’t ultra expensive, you can live a very active lifestyle and do many things as recreation for most of the yr.

When I went down there for the BYU-Arizona game I was wishing I was back in Utah. Phoenix traffic/roads suck!
