I’d like to know more what that entails. ESPN also is including “impermissible expenses” on its ticker on screen. The article says Yoeli has paid it back already, but does that make it more than just a procedural, clerical error?

The NCAA said BYU's Yoeli Childs did not submit appropriate paperwork and received impermissible expenses when he worked with an agent while testing his NBA draft prospects. He has been suspended nine games.
