Keep it simple 250 for about 8-10. Don’t worry about wrap
Take the internal temp to 203-205 range.

If you don't wrap you have to spray it regularly IMO. If not the bark gets too tough.

I’ve never sprayed it regularly during cooks and I’ve never had the bark too

Wrap it. I've found that if I don't, the bark gets to be excessive. I prefer butcher paper to foil, but either will
