yep. I think I just need to let it rest longer....
but when I cut up the point it is all gone in 5 minutes. I honestly think that burn ends on the point may be the most savory piece of meat of any part of the cow.

And yes.....we usually cut up the flat leftovers and make sandwiches out of it, or put it in chili, etc.
