in them (and crazy to compare them to Moss's numbers) when well over half of Katoa's yards and TDs came against McNeese State and New Mexico State. And if you add Hawaii and its horrible defense to those 2 then you have 58% of his carries, 70% of his yards, and 88% of his TDs in those games. He didn't play much against BYU's good competition, and when he did his numbers were not terribly impressive.
This isn't a knock on Katoa, as he hasn't really had the chance to prove himself against good competition, just pointing out that you really can't read much into his stats from last year without adding some context.
