They are pretty much all the same now, and on par. I guess the Chrysler Pacifica has Stow N Go if that is important to you (gives you more storage). The other two have bigger mid-row buckets, though.
ENGINES---they all have V6s. All of them are good quality engines.
TRANSMISSIONS---the Honda and Chrysler have the exact same 9-Speed Transmission (from ZF out of Germany). Toyota has an in-house 8 speed. All OK transmissions. Maybe the Toyota is a bit better. But honestly, they are all good now.
INTERIORS---all pretty nice nowadays.
HANDLING---I think they all have independent suspension.
Any minivan will get hammered by a family. Just buy on price. I think they are all pretty good quality / reliability. Honda and Toyota have a better quality perception, but reality, is the Chrysler is just as good now.
