I had them use iPhones and I could parental lock websites and apps
It worked nice and kept them from accessing things accidentally.
Funny part is we never removed them so just a few months ago my son texted me from his marine base in NC asking if he could finally unlock his phone from my parental restrictions on apps and websites. I assumed he already had or somehow I forgot it was still on there. I guess if you are old enough to go to war for our country, you are old enough to install tinder.
