That walk-off Grand Slam last night was awesome. The guy has been clutch this season with runners on base. On the flip side, he has been absolutely useless with the bases empty.
Using the data Indy posted a few days ago "Hitting 0.169 with the bases empty and 0.342 with runners on. OPS of 0.642 vs 1.062"
I haven't followed the Phillies closely this season but what is going on here? How can a guy be a completely different player at the plate in these different situations?
