Messing up orders is inexcusable. I put most of the blame on the fast food places for hiring fewer high school students. Sure it’s easier on them to hire adults who see fast food as their career resulting in less turnover. But you hire a really intelligent high school student, who will make far fewer errors and can think more critically and problem solve better than someone who barely made it through high school.
