Gotta work it out before going to bed, dude.
When my wife goes to bed mad - she normally is pretty contrite in the morning and wanting to fix things.
When I go to bed mad - I tend to get more wound up and stubborn in whatever reason I have for being mad. Sometimes, when it was just dumb, I'm able to recognize it. But usually it's my wife taking the first step to rectify things.
That said - we've done our best not to go to bed angry. I can probably count the number of times we have on 2 fingers.
