My next door neighbor is a renter. Last year his lawn was a dandelion/ morning
Glory garden. I have been doing the ifa 4 step fertilizer on his yard this year and fixed a broken sprinkler. He now has noticed how much better it looks and bought a new lawn mower and has been mowing this year. It's night and day better than last year.
