Skip the tv, go with a projector and screen. Even the biggest tv looks tiny
Compared to a 150” screen and projector (it’s equivalent to four 75” TVs). My buddy would have movie night at his house with a projector and it totally converted me, it’s so much more cinematic and engrossing. Plus it’s not all that expensive, the tricky part is getting your wife to sign off on it.

I'm pretty set on size at 65 inches. Not much reason for me to go either bigger or smaller in the space I'm using.
