A lot of people assume it’s a prediction of the chances of signing a player, as if a 100% Crystal Ball equaled a 100% chance, which it obviously isn’t. Also lots of crystal ball predictions are really old and never get changed so it can be confusing. It’s more of a trend meter than anything else, and sometimes it doesn’t mean anything.
