Yet I put on weight steadily year after year until last November when I wasn’t fitting my clothes and weighed in at 225.
I used to think counting calories was for “fatties” not guys like me. But once I started keeping track I lost a lot of weight. I have a lot more definition and weigh in at 185. I still workout the same but counting calories made the difference.
So it’s underratted but a lot of people who otherwise exercise regularly etc but are still overweight would benefit the most from reducing calories.
