I don’t know hardly a thing about medicine, rehabilitation options, possibilities for recovery etc...
However, I listened to a podcast by Dr. Neil Riordan. My understanding is he is American educated and trained but practices stem cell therapies in Panama where he has less restrictions and regulation.
He seemed very sincere and honest about what things can be treated and what things cannot by way of stem cell therapy. He did specifically claim that he had treated people with spinal cord injuries and had success in regaining mobility and even full recover IIRC.
He stated that those with spinal cord injuries need to be seen and treated within months of injury or otherwise his stem cell approach will not work.
I’m in no position to say it will be the answer but I know if I have a spinal cord injury I’d be at least looking the man’s claims and doing my due diligence. It’s worth looking into.
