You can tell by the look in Taysom's eyes that there's still some hurt. He's trying to fogive and trust, but there's a side of him that still isn't quite ready to put the past behind him. It's OK...sometimes these things just take a little time, and I have a lot of respect that he's making an honest effort.

Michael, on the other hand, is desperate to move forward and let bygones be bygones. There's hurt in his heart, too, but mostly because he feels misunderstood by a friend he truly admires.

I'm not sure what this is all about, but this is my interpretation based on the photo. I'm guessing it all stemmed from something Taysom said to Jamaal and then Jamaal others - but again this is just an educated guess.
