Baseball's not the only sport with attendance issues, the problem is that the
living room experience is tough to beat.
Franchises and leagues need to focus on the in-stadium game-day experience. New fans are not going to notice that the pitch clock changed the average length of a game by 3 minutes or whatever, and once they become established fans they won't care.
