Correlation ≠ Causation

Attendance was higher there weren't C-flap batting helmets and sliding oven mitts!
Attendance was higher when salaries were lower!
Attendance was higher last time BYU beat Utah — go Cougs!

IMO it would help to shorten the games — no more stepping out of the box and tightening the batting gloves after each pitch...

IMO, analytics have made baseball and basketball in particular less aesthetically pleasing for spectators
