Last season, and for most of the last who knows how many years, I watched probably in the ballpark of 100 of the 162 Cardinals games. This season, I realized that I really just watch the games in the background of whatever else I'm doing. And it started around the first week of the year when I noticed that the Cardinals would win (or lose) the game 6-4 or something like that and pretty much all the runs were scored by both teams on homeruns. Everything else seemed like a strikeout. From about mid-April on, I don't think I've watched a single game from start to finish, except for the handful of Astros games I attend with my kids.
