Except when they're playing football, both of those programs are
playing games against 23, 22/24, 17, 12, 11, 9, 5, 4, 2, 1.
UCLA is playing against 21, 20, 15, and 7.
Those were last year's rankings. If UCLA is recruiting at the same level as those two, they need to be accomplishing more during the season. And the rest of the SEC those teams face are likely to be higher than what's left of the PAC opponents for UCLA.
Almost the entire SEC recruits in the top 25, while the PAC12 has a bunch of teams that can hover outside of the top 50.
