Coaches are instilling this in how they recruit players and develop depth. Certainly doesn't hurt when you have a confident QB in Zach Wilson. That leadership provides a great foundation on which to build this BYU swagger. Just look at the confidence on this board for this year team compared to last year team. We are reading reports, seeing the process unfold that BYU is getting back to where they belong: Top of the state. Will this happen overnight, over a season? No, but the process is heading in the correct direction.
For BYU, football is a two part play, how they start and how they finish. We saw "start" last year and it was good, especially against Utah. This year, the "finish" is coming. It will be real, it will be a battle and it will be dominating. So buckle up everyone, lift you head, crack a smile and enjoy this season...potential is real.
