is a myth. I have it in my office. For most people that means that you take less and can't build up any before you
quit.
In my department, I've had management come down and say that 3 weeks is really all you should expect to take on top of the other company holidays.
I'm not saying my PTO isn't sufficient, but to say I can take as much as I want would be inaccurate.
