Interesting. I have one right now that I've had for 5 years.
It runs great, no issues. I only really use it for internet and word processing, but I don't have any problems with it.
It is possible mine is magic because I bought it at Costco, and that place blesses everything they touch with a little bit of grace, but again, I really like my HP.
