I think Grimes is a good recruiter, in that, once he gets into a prospects home, he's got that commanding presence and comes from a ton of P5/prime time recruiting backgrounds and I think he's got that ability to earn the players and parents trust and respect.

Kalani, as we all know, is a great recruiter. Friendly, passionate, humble, calming presence that really endears people to him quickly.

The past couple of years Kalani has really earned my respect. He made the changes that needed to be made, hired the right guys, immediately started improving the OL and DLines picked up some amazing transfers, got the graduate transfers for this year. We have played Utah tougher than we have in a long time. He's put us in a position to win the past 3 years. We should have won in 2016 and we should have won last year, and we COULD have won in 2017, in spite of it being our worst team in decades. The players come out fired up and play with confidence and with ease...bronco's teams always looked so overhyped and frazzled vs Utah. Kalani is doing an amazing job. I trust Kalani.
