Never once a saw that hand sign in 4 years at BYU or in 20 years of visiting my
ute fan and student cousins in SLC, in the ‘70s, ‘80s, and early ‘90s. First time I ever saw a ute do it was long after the Hurricanes had made it a thing while winning natties in the ‘80s and ‘90s.
