Vegas moves the line according to how the money comes in from the public
Maybe we are saying the same thing. Vegas doesn’t want to get caught with too much money being laid down on one team so they move the line according to what the public is betting hoping to even the bets out.

well, it is Vegas that moves the line. Each shop has their own line based on their exposure. they move their line as
