OK, let's try another approach. You do realize they've beaten BYU 8 consecutive
times and if they went 12-1 we would likely lose a lot more than 1 game. It's about recruiting. We want ALL the best recruits. Recruits want to play for winning teams. Your self-esteem/lack of insecurity has nothing to do with it.
