I rewatched the game. (Why?) Here's my thoughts.
For the O:

1. Right Tackle is definitely the weak spot of the line (so much so that it's possible the line as a whole won't be better than last year). It's possible this was only glaring because of the d line we were going up against but there are some major questions here. Your line is only as good as your weakest link. Note: I'm not trying to pick on anyone. We have a young guy (Harris) that will be great at some point and another guy (Keanu) that seems clear is playing out of position because of necessity.

2. We really really miss Dallin Holker. We ran A LOT of 12 personnel last year against Utah and we basically couldn't this year. I think the Offense will be significantly better when Moroni comes back. We needed Moroni tonight.

3. I can't believe I'm saying these words, but I think Zach needs to target Micah Simon more. He's the only guy that could get open against Utah's best DB-Jaylon Johnson(For those that don't know, Utah has one corner that was/is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the other side).

4. The obvious: More Ty'son.

For the D:

1. The Question marks at the beginning of the season are still huge question marks. We have some issues at D end, Free safety, middle linebacker, and the corner spot opposite Dayan.

2. Maybe Utah is extremely fast but we have some major speed issues and setting the edge was no bueno tonight. Moss is a specimen (that Kyle is most certainly going to injure).

3. The 3 man fronts were not successful when we had 8 guys 5 yards or deeper. They were successful when we had 5 or 6 guys at the line of scrimmage (this is regardless of whether we only sent 3 guys into rush).

4. Dayan stuck at one side of the of the D is less than ideal. He needs to be in the middle so he can make plays. He's one of the few guys that can just make plays. Stick somebody else at corner and give the Bronco 10 yard cushion if you have to. We don't have enough playmakers, we need Dayan in the thick of every play.
