And let them do it without a bunch of nerdy has-beens or never-weres making things worse by putting undue pressure on them. Let them make changes and adjustments as they see fit. In the end if things have truly not improved, then we can have a conversation but just let them focus on the job. Who knows, maybe they can get things going and have a great year. We are not helping anything especially recruiting when we have all the infighting.

Sometimes we act like a bunch of annoying little kids not knowing when to shut up and let the adults have a discussion.
