That says things like you shouldn't record team meetings and post them online, or you shouldn't record private conversations with your coach and turn them into movies. So he doesn't want to conform to a system that's best for everybody and instead he wants to be able to do whatever he wants which sounds like a rebellious teenager or somebody who shouldn't be part of a team.
