it seemed to me that as the game progressed into the 4th quarter, he got much better at releasing the ball on time, being more intuitive on his reads, throwing to the spot and trusting his receivers to break to spot on time. Earlier he seemed to be waiting for receivers to come open, leading to a lot of scrambles (which were well contained) and sacks. And, per the old adage, the successful passing game seemed to set up the running game.
