probably can't do it.

You just go into outlook settings and publish it then copy the iCal link.

I can't subscribe or add the url. It won't accept the ics address as a url.

Oh Google only fetches updates once a day. It's annoying. But it does work.

In the app the 3 button menu in the upper right says "refresh" but maybe that

Oh, yeah in the app that just refreshes the data from Google to your app. The only way to force a refresh

I use gSyncit. There used to be lots of options that automatically synced
