Outlook and google calendars in the background without the user having to do anything. The days of that are over. You now have to use some type of add on to do it.
GSyncit has a evaluation version and a paid version. The eval version allows you to sync one outlook profile. If you have multiple outlook profiles that you need to sync, then you have to use the paid version.
Like all the options out there (I've tried them all), it doesn't sync automatically. In my opinion Gsyncit is the best option because once you install it, it creates a separate menu header on your menu bar for Gsyncit. Once you have outlook open, you hit the Gsyncit menu header, which pops up a menu, then you choose the Sync option. It does an fast and quick two-way sync.
