Has this not been fixed?

It is disgusting and from a liability standpoint it amazes me they are still around (looking at you LDS church it seems like most their chapels I have been in have huge gaps in the stall doors). I guess you can argue that it allows outsiders to see if there is anything unseemly going on in the stall but it also let's outsiders see your shame.

A man is at his most vulnerable when he is pooping. Pants around the ankle so can't evade or engage properly, bare from the waist down offering no protection for the sensitive fleshy areas, generally unpleasant to be viewed while pooping, and the bodily activities going on also alter your ability to function. My point is pooping should be between a man and his God, not between a man, his God, and any psycho who walks into a public restroom and decides to eye the stall crack.
