If I felt it worth my time I'd go back and try and find some video, but my memory, which has been faulty in the past, seems to remember seeing Doman send in a semi complicated signal. That may or may not be true, but I think I remember that.
Now, if I do remember correctly, either Doman lied or he had a very needlessly complicated victory formation signal.
My theory is Doman called a simple run play that he deemed safe to end the game, only he forgot it was an option play that Taysom could decide to keep. I've seen coaches do this rather than take a knee. Why? Who knows.
