be more effective overall.  Williams won't get 20 carries unless the offense runs more plays overall.  Pass game needs to improve. 

I also want to see Williams with a lot more carries, but that doesn't mean we should run in the 1st half to set up the pass.  It means our pass protection and efficiency needs to improve to set up the run.

Good teams pass more than they run. Especially in the 1st half.  I'd like to be a good team.  Really, I'd just like to see touchdowns.
