It’s a thing I’ve never heard of before but random people bring it up sometimes as if it’s a big thing at BYU.

Essentially it is a term for kind of having sex but not really and people act like it’s a big deal at BYU. Basically soaking is sticking it in but not moving. It’s allegedly a way byu students justify having sex while still keeping the honor code or something? It doesn’t make any sense. Soaking is still against the honor code sooo...joke’s on them?
